Course Overview:  This survey course designed as a primer to freshmen to prepare them for the remainder of this high school careers and beyond.  Students will be required to explore various genres of literature (fiction and non-fiction), poetry (classical to performance pieces), and writing (creative and expository).

3 - Composition books (college ruled)

1 – 1 inch three (3) ringed binder

1--Flash Drive (256K or greater)

Pens (blue or black ink only)

Pencils

A+  100%           B+ 87-89%        C+ 77-79%       D+ 67-69%       F  0-59%

A    93-99%        B   82-86%        C   72-76%        D   63-66%

A-   90-93%       B-   80-82%        C- 70-72%         D-  60-62%
